...have easy material cutting with simple handling and self-adjustment of the blades and of the cut pressure.
This system always guarantees perfect granules for the regeneration and compound of LDPE/HDPE-PP-PS-ABS-PC.
 … have a process that does not need any forced feeding. The sheet, once ground in the shredder with Ø 40 mm holes, is directly put into the special screw of the extruder, avoiding therefore the conventional feeding and giving the possibility to reach the maximum productions even with any thin materials (i.e. stretch film).
The special feeding system has also the merit to remove damp up to 5-8% according to thickness.
 … have the possibility to extract the screw from the back side without disassembling the screen changer, centrifuge, cuts etc. In about one hour it’s possible to change the screw and the process is performed with warm extruder; therefore the production re-start can be immediate.
... have an electronic control that allows, once the exact amperage is set up, an automatic handling of all feedings, granting a production without the intervention of the operator.
